Major structural redesign of Master Bathroom All throughout the communication was very good and we always felt very informed and supported. While they were working I was working on painting the house. I fell off the ladder in my kitchen and paint went everywhere. I sat on the floor and cried, I felt defeated. Working with Gatlyn was a breath of fresh air. I could not begin to thank him enough when we found we had a water leak that cause us to have to remove all the floor on the main level of our house. Our insurance company and every other person involved did nothing but make the entire process difficult, but Gatlyn tried his best to work with us financially to ensure that we could get the job done. I thoroughly enjoyed working with this company, the main contractor and all the employees were friendly and cared about the job they were doing and all did a great job. They even fixed a few minor things they found that I was not able to do myself and let me know when they would be expected and called if they were going to be late or had to reschedule. They cleaned up after themselves including sweeping and mopping the floors after they were finished laying the flooring. The flooring looks wonderful and they put my furniture back in place for me and asked if I needed anything else. They left their contact information for me if I need anything or have questions. I would recommend this company for anything they could help with. The main contractor also took care of getting the information the insurance company and handing any questions and concerns from the insurance company. They are a very reliable company

I recommend Gatlin and R&T Contracting to remodel and rebuild! After having to completely gut and rebuild our kitchen, Gatlin walked us through the process from start to finish, step by step! He helped us work with our insurance, and delivered a beautiful, brand new kitchen (and more) that we picked out, and that we absolutely love. We could not have done it without Gatlin and his team. They were honest, upfront and did quality work. We will use him again, given the opportunity!

We had R&T Contracting complete our bathroom reconstruction after we had flood damage. Gatlyn and his team were punctual, professional, friendly, courteous, open to our ideas, and focused on details and craftmanship of the job. The showed up everyday they said they would and finished the job on time. Gatlyn also helped us navigate with the insurance company since this was the first homeowner claim we ever had. They started the project basically with bare walls and floor and the pictures below show the final result. I would highly recomend them for a construction project.
