We had a kitchen remodel need due to some water damage, and Gatlyn walked us through the whole process, communicating very clearly about our options and working with us on a way forward that fit within both our standards and budget. We did not have a flashy, big-budget project by any means, but Gatlyn treated us with full attention, care, and respect, and his crew did excellent work! Highly recommend.

Gatlyn and Garrett are excellent at their job! I had a lighting problem in my kitchen. They gave me a fair price and got the job done. My kitchen shines beautifully now! Major structural redesign of Master Bathroom All throughout the communication was very good and we always felt very informed and supported. This was especially helpful when unexpected issues arose or unavoidable changes to the original plans came up like adjusting shower design, placement of medicine cabinets... Altogether design, layout, materials, colors, craftsmanship created a beautiful and very functional bathroom...and we so appreciate it. Working with Gatlyn was a breath of fresh air. I could not begin to thank him enough when we found we had a water leak that cause us to have to remove all the floor on the main level of our house. Our insurance company and every other person involved did nothing but make the entire process difficult, but Gatlyn tried his best to work with us financially to ensure that we could get the job done. I was so excited to find a contractor that actually wanted to work. These people really care about a job well done. Our bathroom remodel was a complete down to the studs remodel and I love it. They handled many other projects for us as well. They work hard to solve any problems or issues and return phone calls and messages. I am very happy with their work and will continue to call on them for any more work on my house. I highly recommend this company for all your home or property needs. While they were working I was working on painting the house. I fell off the ladder in my kitchen and paint went everywhere. I sat on the floor and cried, I felt defeated. I reached out to Gatlyn and his immediate response was, “I am on my way don’t worry we can fix this.” I knew then that I was in good hands with R&T Contracting.

We had R&T Contracting complete our bathroom reconstruction after we had flood damage. Gatlyn and his team were punctual, professional, friendly, courteous, open to our ideas, and focused on details and craftmanship of the job. The showed up everyday they said they would and finished the job on time. Gatlyn also helped us navigate with the insurance company since this was the first homeowner claim we ever had. They started the project basically with bare walls and floor and the pictures below show the final result. I would highly recomend them for a construction project.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with this company, the main contractor and all the employees were friendly and cared about the job they were doing and all did a great job. They even fixed a few minor things they found that I was not able to do myself and let me know when they would be expected and called if they were going to be late or had to reschedule. They cleaned up after themselves including sweeping and mopping the floors after they were finished laying the flooring. The flooring looks wonderful and they put my furniture back in place for me and asked if I needed anything else. They left their contact information for me if I need anything or have questions. I would recommend this company for anything they could help with. The main contractor also took care of getting the information the insurance company and handing any questions and concerns from the insurance company. They are a very reliable company
